2014 The 5 Bite Diet Day 14

Another good day. I am feeling good so far and I am pacing myself in order to conserve energy. Its nothing that is recommended as far as I know, Im just doing this on my own to see if it helps with energy. I cant see it hurting anything. I am enjoying making simple food and I feel that the fat is helping keeping me feeling satisfied. Not much else to report.
