Weight Loss Supplements Walnut chocolate smoothie
2 x tbsp of Chocolate
Healthy Mummy Smoothie
250ml milk (can use low fat choc soy milk)
1 x Banana
5 x Walnuts (whole or crushed)
Dash of Honey
Blend for 2 – 3 mins
