Weight Loss Supplements Walnut chocolate smoothie

  • 2 x tbsp of Chocolate Healthy Mummy Smoothie
  • 250ml milk (can use low fat choc soy milk)
  • 1 x Banana
  • 5 x Walnuts (whole or crushed)
  • Dash of Honey
Blend for 2 – 3 mins
